Farm Manager/Agronomist

Permanent Position

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and capable manager to ensure the smooth running of our farm operation, maximize our home grown product yields and ensure quality and best value.  This role will involve planning and refining the cropping programme to keep in line with our sales demand while providing expert agronomic knowledge to all areas of the business. Our customers demand high standards and great attention to detail, but of equal importance to these technical aspects are good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong, practical hands-on approach to all responsibilities on the farm which will include the management of the growing team and ensuring that best practices are followed.

Tractor Driver/ Farm Worker

Permanent position

We are seeking to appoint a competent tractor driver/farm worker for our Longforgan farm.  You should have previous experience of working on small crop areas to a very high standard observing rigorous hygiene procedures. PA2 would be advantageous. 

Packhouse Operatives

Scotherbs will welcome applications for employment in our packhouse at any time.  Work in the Scotherbs packhouse consists of preparing, packing and labeling herbs for dispatch to our supermarket and wholesale customers.  Applicants should be enthusiastic, have a keen eye for detail, be conscientious in their outlook and be comfortable working in a factory environment and as a part of a large team.  Applications will be held by our HR Officer for 4 months and you will be contacted during this time should any opportunities arise.
